All goods returned (except for those damaged in transit) must be in good conditions and original packaging. All accessories, parts, and manuals must be included.
In order to fast process your returns, please submit your name and order number specified in the subject line.
Orders Not Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 45 days (counting from the date of payment) for the USA and 60 days (except some countries that used China Post Registered Air Mail), for rest of the world. Send us the order date and tracking number.
Damaged/ Imperfection Orders:
Products are checked to make sure they are functioning correctly and in stated conditions before sending them out as an additional quality control procedure.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if orders arrived damaged/Imperfect.
Send us the order number, Photos of the damaged/Imperfect packaging/item as prove and a detailed message explaining.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to. We might arrange a courier pickup for a damage assessment.
